Last week, Franco Chiriacò had the opportunity to present MAASive at the “Supply Chain Planning – Value Analysis” workshop of the Osservatorio Supply Chain Planning in Politecnico di Milano.

The session focused on a key question:
"How to enhance the value of planning activities, especially in light of the growing importance of supply chain resilience."

During the workshop:

• We introduced the MAASive project

• Participants engaged in the study “Exploring supply chain resilience with a supply chain perspective”

• We explored cause–effect relationships between resilience capabilities — both within organisations and across supplier–producer relationships
